Thank you for supporting Marshwiggle Farm! By purchasing pork shares, flower bouquets, or booking glamping with us, you agree to the following terms:

General

  • All sales are final unless otherwise noted.

  • Pricing and availability may change at any time.

  • Customers are expected to treat our farm, staff, and animals with respect.

Pork Shares

  • Pork shares must be reserved in advance with a deposit.

  • Final payment is due before pick-up or delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for picking up their share on the agreed date/time. Unclaimed meat may be donated or resold without refund.

  • Marshwiggle Farm is not liable for loss or damage once products leave our farm.

Flower Bouquets

  • Bouquets are seasonal and subject to availability. Colors and flower varieties may vary.

  • Pick-up or delivery must be arranged in advance. Missed pick-ups are non-refundable.

  • Please place flowers in water promptly; we are not responsible for quality once bouquets have been picked up or delivered.

Glamping

  • Reservations require a deposit, with the balance paid prior to arrival.

  • Check-in and check-out times must be honored.

  • Guests agree to follow all farm safety guidelines and respect property boundaries.

  • No smoking, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior is permitted.

  • Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved.

  • Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture.

  • Excessive pet hair requiring additional cleaning, or damage caused by pets, will result in extra cleaning/damage fees (minimum $100).

  • Marshwiggle Farm is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items during your stay.

Liability

  • Visiting a working farm involves inherent risks (animals, uneven terrain, weather, etc.). By visiting, you accept personal responsibility for your safety and that of any children or guests in your care.

  • Marshwiggle Farm is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from farm activities or the use of our products.
